HEALING THROUGH THE SAVIOR
He heals. We walk it together.
Some things we cannot carry alone — habits, hurts, and burdens that don’t lift with willpower. In a confidential group, twelve steps grounded in the Atonement of Jesus Christ lead to real healing.
Come as you are
1 hour · Thursdays 7:00 p.m. · confidential · no cost
A group of adults listening together in a meeting
What healing looks like
Trade shame and secrecy for honesty and hope
Turn your will and your life over to the Father and the Son
Let the Savior’s grace change desire, not just behavior
Make peace with the people your choices have hurt
Build daily habits of prayer, scripture, and repentance
Become someone who helps the next person heal
You don’t have to hit bottom, name a diagnosis, or explain yourself at the door. If something is standing between you and the Lord, this is for you.
How the group works
Confidential, always
What is shared in the room stays in the room. Only first names. No records kept.
Weekly meetings
One hour, Thursdays at 7:00 p.m. Come every week for as long as it helps — no graduation date.
Twelve steps, one guide
A missionary or service worker facilitates. You read, write, and share at your own pace.
Christ at the center
Every step points to His Atonement. He is the source of the healing — the group walks beside you.
The twelve steps
1
Honesty — admit we cannot overcome this on our own
7
Humility — ask Heavenly Father to remove our shortcomings
2
Hope — believe God’s power can restore us to spiritual health
8
Seeking forgiveness — list those we have harmed
3
Trust in God — turn our will and our lives over to the Father and His Son
9
Restitution and reconciliation — make things right where we can
4
Truth — make a searching, fearless written moral inventory
10
Daily accountability — keep taking inventory and promptly admit wrongs
5
Confession — bring the exact nature of our wrongs into the light
11
Personal revelation — seek His will through prayer and meditation
6
Change of heart — become ready to have God remove our weaknesses
12
Service — share this message and live these principles in all we do
